A Wonderful End to 2015 @PACE
The 2015 holiday season at PACE was a beautiful time for dancing, gifts, sharing, volunteering, and celebrating the first half of our dance year!
DANCING in our local community started the holiday season.Miss Alison's Ballerinas performed at the Blennerhassett Museum and were featured in the Parkersburg Newspaper. Miss Jessica's community performing groups shared their joy for the season at the Glenwood & Brookdale Retirement Communities. The flash performance at the Grand Central Mall was our final performance this season. Over 70 dancers came together to create friendships, rehearse choreography quickly, and learn confidence. We are very proud of the energy they brought to their performance! A huge thank you to the volunteers and parents who helped with these events.
GIFTS filled PACE during the last week of classes! The faculty showed their gratitude for each dancer with a PACE water bottle. To share joy with children in our community, our Honor Society collected and delivered an overflowing box of toys to the United States Marine Toys for Tots charity.
VOLUNTEERING continued as our alumni offered master classes to share their recent dance experiences! We are very proud of their accomplishments and desire to come back & keep in touch with our premier company members! Our Student Assistants & Faculty volunteered their time to meet and share their experiences while receiving complimentary training.
CELEBRATING teamwork concluded our holiday events as Ashley's Premier Company gathered to meet their big and little sister for the upcoming competition season. Ashley's program is centered around teamwork as they practice many hours a week to perfect routines. Each "big" will mentor their "little" and each "little" will remind their "big" how special dance friends are!
During this busy season PACE Staff remembers how fortunate we are to pass our love of dance down to new generations each year! We want to send a HUGE thank you to our families who are dedicated to our program!
To a Blessed New Year,
Your PACE Staff
